Description: The Heartland Center for Population Health and Community Systems Development at Saint Louis University presents Standardization of Performance Management System Evaluation & Reporting. In this webinar, Ashley Wegener, MPH, will discuss the Standardization of Performance Management System Evaluation & Reporting.
Description:
Having a strong Performance Management System is contributory to the growth and overall success of a public health agency. It’s also instrumental to the betterment of services and initiatives provided to the community, promoting good population health, and advancing the field of Public Health. CCPHC launched a brand-new Performance Management System on January 1st, 2023. This presentation examines the implementation of this new system, explaining how regularly scheduled (structured, cross-organizational) checkpoints helped to improve the system in real time, while identifying additional opportunities for standardizing supportive procedures, resulting in consistent evaluations and reports across the organization.
As a result of this webinar, participants will be able to: (1) Learn how PDCA is helpful in improving a new Performance Management (PM) System in real time, (2) Describe how organizational collaboration across programs leads to standardized procedures and buy-in, and (3) Understand the standardization process of quarterly PM System evaluations and reports
Up to 1 CPH Recertification Credit may be earned by attending this event.
This program is supported by the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) under grant number UB6HP31688 “Public Health Training Centers Program”.
